By signing up to our 7 day trial offer you (Customer) are agreeing to these terms. Cancellation of Auto-Renewal within the first 7 days of any monthly period will prevent any subsequent billing. Cancellation after the first 7 days of any monthly Auto-Renewal period will result in one final month of subscription and associated monthly charge. Please note If you have provided a valid credit card number or an alternate payment method, payment for your Auto-Renewal product, including applicable taxes, it will be automatically processed in each Auto-Renewal period on or around the same day of the month as your initial Auto-Renewal purchase. The amount for each actual Auto-Renewal payment may vary due to changes in price, and applicable tax rates. Auto-Renewal payments will reflect pricing of the Auto-Renewal product at the time of each payment, excluding promotional or discount pricing. Cambridge Equities LLC may cancel your Auto-Renewal subscription or the Auto-Renewal program at any time for any reason or for no reason. You may modify or cancel your Auto-Renewal at any time by calling our customer service or through the portal on our website. Modifications or cancellation of your Auto-Renewal must be received at least three (3) days prior to the next scheduled payment in order to take effect for that Auto-Renewal period. Cancellations received less than three days prior to the next scheduled payment will take effect in the following Auto-Renewal period. After cancellation you will receive a confirmation number as proof of your Auto-Renewal subscription being cancelled and your account being closed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep a record of the cancellation number in the instance of a discrepancy or otherwise. You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for ensuring this information is correct and must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card is cancelled (for example, for loss or theft). Changes to such information can be made by contacting Customer Service. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of the Product to any user at any time at our sole discretion.You (Customer) understand and acknowledge that you are signing up for a 7-day trial ($4.00). During your first 7-days, you can try the product risk free. If you feel the product is not for you or don’t want to be billed for the monthly services, email us within your trial period (7 days from the day you sign up) to avoid the purchase fee of $17.77 and enrollment into our “Auto-Renewal” program. If you do not call us to cancel within the 7 days after the day you sign up and you will be charged $17.77. To ensure that you continue to see growth on your account following your trial, you will automatically be enrolled in our subscription program ("Auto-renewal") whereby you will be billed every 30 days subsequent to your initial enrollment ("Enrollment"), at a rate of $17.77/month. Auto-Renewal of the product will continue for 24 months following your initial trial period, unless cancelled by you. In the event that we are unable to process the regular monthly subscription fee of $17.77, we will attempt to bill you at discounted rate of $15.00. If we are still unable to process the monthly subscription fee at the discounted rate of $15.00. We will attempt to bill you at the final discounted rate of $10.00. If after all these attempts we still are unsuccessful at processing the monthly subscription fee, we will cancel your subscription and terminate your account. No other charges will be attempted and no further orders will be processed.
